Tanjong Rhu Road GLS site awarded to CDL–Bedrock Ventures consortium
The Tanjong Rhu Road residential parcel in Kallang (District 15) — the first private residential GLS site along Tanjong Rhu Road in around 28 years — was tendered by URA (launched 26 Nov 2025, closed 5 Feb 2026) and awarded on 10 Feb 2026 to a consortium of CDL Constellation Pte. Ltd. and Bedrock Ventures Pte. Ltd. for S$709,252,000 (about S$1,455 psf ppr).
